Through our inreach and outreach programmes, SB Mentoring helps those young people who are at risk of or have received exclusions. We work with the schools, pupils, and parents to help sustain their place in mainstream education. We can also help facilitate a successful transition into specialist placements or college pathways.

We are firmly committed to building a partnership between home, host school and provision to develop shared expectations, and supporting their S.E.M.H need in order to achieve excellent learning outcomes. We achieve this through regular communication throughout their time at SB Mentoring.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer packages bespoke to each individual learner. Through either provision or outreach, our students receive unique opportunities specifically tailored around their interests. By offering a range of vocational qualifications, we support our students on their journey ensuring a positive pathway to a brighter future.

We offer ASDAN vocational and life skills qualifications, Functional skills in English & Math tutoring, Thrive sessions supporting their SEMH & mental health, outdoor learning, creative technology, and sport to name a few.

Skills, Support, and Seasonal Spirit at SB Mentoring

This week, we had the pleasure of visiting SB Mentoring to discuss the Young Carers in Schools Award and explore their incredible provision for young people across Wiltshire. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of their inspiring setting.
What truly stood out was the creativity and dedication on display. We were amazed by the festive projects they had produced for Christmas—each piece showcasing remarkable skills and talent. It was a wonderful reminder of the positive impact that supportive environments like SB Mentoring can have on young people, helping them thrive and express themselves.
We look forward to a potential collaboration in the future!
